Time for volume 4 ?

Here are my thoughts:

It's been a while, and I know the first three eXposure volumes haven't exactly set the world on fire, but that's only because we're at least 5 years ahead of everyone else ;-)

So should we put a call out for submissions? Should we widen the call? If so, where should we shout? Shootingpeople? Talent Circle?

Anybody have any strong feelings either way? More importantly, would anybody from the board be willing to submit anything?

I think Volume 4 is a great idea... unfortunately, I can't be involved as much as I was on Vol.3 (i'm moving to Spain).

In terms of websites, I own www.exposureshorts.co.uk - but I can point that anywhere... so if someone wants to set up a site for Volume 4, just tell me where it is... and I'll redirect to it!

Also if anyone wants templates for DVD/CD cases, HTML, yada yada... give me a shout!

Instead of a dvd I think the shorts should just be uploaded to a site. Way more viewers/publicity etc.

Got a music video and a trailer i can chuck onto volume 4, possible a shrot film as well, if i ever get round to finishing it.

it costs money, but so does making dvd's. Just pay 5 dollars to upload your own short. That way we could actually have a consistent website, without releasing volumes every now and then.

It could be the next big indie thing.

DVD is a better option. Uploading is a good idea but not instead of a dvd, it should be as well as.

I will submit a film to DVD 4 and wouldn't mind paying the 5er but i wouldn't pay to upload a film.

You might as well just have a data base of links to where we can watch the film.

Google also has a system where you upload your film for free and charge people to watch it. It can be anything from 20p. or you could just show it for free.
